I am a psychologist in Marin County, California providing individual andcouple’s therapy to patients ages 18+. Aa Health Psychologist, my training on the mind-body connection allows me to offer a unique level of care that is wholistic and comprehensive. My therapeutic style is interactive, gentle and empathetic. The philosophical basis of my work with my fellow human beings is just that: We are all existing together, and doing our best. It takes courage to engage in therapy, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for anyone who is willing to try it. Whether you are experiencing a difficult transition, facing some long-time challenges, or simply wanting to streamline your life, I encourage you to take that leap and invest in therapy.
Treatment
I love working collaboratively with my patients to create realistic plans for a better life. Sometimes brief therapy is appropriate (6-10 sessions), while some concerns require more sessions and care. Some people wish to process emotional experiences that have affected them, improve their relationships or heal from trauma. Each individual is unique, which is why I offer a variety of options including brief and long term therapy, and a choice of 60, 75, or 90 minute sessions.
